Founded in April 2025 by Brendan and Dee (the “Co” and the “Bo” behind the name!), COBO BREW was created with one goal in mind: to bring high-quality specialty coffee, fresh bakes, and feel-good service to the heart of Claremorris, Co. Mayo.
You’ll find us at Unit 4, Chapel Lane, Claremorris, F12 Y225 — just a short stroll from the heart of town, and perfectly placed for your daily coffee fix.
We proudly serve Vescovi coffee, an Italian roast known for its smooth body, low acidity, and rich chocolate notes — the perfect base for your flat white, cappuccino, iced latte, or oat matcha.
Our fresh baked goods are sourced from a range of passionate, independent Irish creators including:
- Tastebud Temptations – our go-to for cookies, brownies, blondies & rocky road
- Foods of Athenry – gluten-free and vegan-friendly granola bars
- Sisú – plant-based milks and fizzy kombucha for a fresh, health-conscious sip
- Forest Feast – premium nut mixes and chocolate snacks to pair with your brew
